The ducting for the air conditioning goes all through the roof & it also comes down in between some of the walls in the linen cupboard & eldest son's WIR.It looks like there has been an invasion from outer space.

- 02/06/08 - DA received by council
- 23/04/08 - Contract appt.
- 07/04/08 - Rescheduled tender appt 3rd try.
- 27/03/08 - Appt cancelled due to double booking
- 12/03/08 - Back for 2nd tender, plans scrapped so we start again
- 07/03/08 - Paid $3200
- 05/03/08 - 1st Tender appointment
- 28/01/08 - Paid $800 for contour survey
- 21/01/08- Picked our dream home
- 17/11/08 - Insurance Certificate received
- 26/11/08 - Stop the Clock
